Terms & Conditions
Traveler Responsibilities
Travelers assume full responsibility for verifying and meeting passport, visa, vaccination, and other entry requirements for their destination(s). MOVE MOROCCO strongly recommends that all U.S. citizens traveling internationally, including to Morocco, carry a valid U.S. passport.

For current travel warnings and advisories, visit the U.S. State Department (travel.state.gov). For health and vaccination information, consult the Centers for Disease Control (cdc.gov/travel).

Limitation of Liability
MOVE MOROCCO is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages caused by events outside of our control, including but not limited to political unrest, terrorism, strikes, mechanical failure, weather, natural disasters, disease, pandemics, Acts of God, delays, supplier changes, or government restrictions.
By booking with MOVE MOROCCO, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks—expected or unexpected—including health emergencies, financial loss due to supplier bankruptcy, and inability to travel due to personal or external circumstances. This applies to participation in both low-risk and high-risk activities.

Refunds & Cancellations
If travel plans are canceled or delayed for any reason, MOVE MOROCCO will not issue refunds unless a specific cancellation schedule has been provided for an individual trip component. A single trip may consist of multiple components—such as flights, hotels, tours, or retreat services—each with its own refund policy. MOVE MOROCCO is not responsible for distributing these supplier-specific policies unless explicitly available.

No refunds will be given for cancellations due to fear of travel, threat of terrorism, political unrest, pandemics, or similar circumstances.

Force Majeure Policy
In the event of Force Majeure—defined as circumstances beyond the reasonable control of MOVE MOROCCO, including but not limited to political unrest, war, civil disturbances, terrorism, strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, government restrictions, transportation shutdowns, or extreme weather—the following policy applies:
-
If a retreat or trip is canceled before it begins, participants may choose:
-
A refund of all payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit, OR
-
A full credit (including deposit) toward a future retreat or private trip within 18 months of the original start date.
-
-
If a retreat or trip has already commenced and is interrupted due to Force Majeure, no refunds will be issued. MOVE MOROCCO will make reasonable efforts to support participants in arranging safe alternatives and may, at its discretion, issue partial credits.

Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Comprehensive coverage for trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical emergencies, and political unrest is encouraged to protect travelers against financial loss.
