Terms & Conditions
MOVE MOROCCO, (“MOVE MOROCCO”) is acting solely as an agent for SUPPLIERS (identified on Addendum I – Terms & Conditions) in selling travel-related services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by this agency (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, retreats, and excursions). MOVE MOROCCO is not responsible for breach of contract, failure to comply with any applicable laws (including, but not limited to, the Americans with Disabilities Act), or for any intentional or negligent actions or omissions of any suppliers, which may result in any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, personal injury, or death to travelers or group members.

Unless specifically stated in writing on your tickets, invoice, or travel confirmation, MOVE MOROCCO does not guarantee any of the supplier’s services, rates, bookings, reservations, scheduling, or baggage handling. Travelers acknowledge they have performed due diligence in selecting their accommodations and services, and MOVE MOROCCO will not be held liable for dissatisfaction or unmet expectations.
All terms are incorporated herein and further outlined in Addendum I. Travelers acknowledge and agree to these terms before making a booking and have signed or initialed Addendum I to confirm their understanding.

RISKS, CANCELLATION & INSURANCE
Traveler assumes full responsibility for checking passport, visa, vaccination, and other entry requirements for their destination(s). MOVE MOROCCO strongly recommends all U.S. citizens traveling internationally, including to Morocco, carry a valid U.S. Passport. For current travel warnings and advisories, visit the U.S. State Department (travel.state.gov). For health and vaccine information, consult the Centers for Disease Control (cdc.gov/travel).

MOVE MOROCCO is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages due to political unrest, terrorism, mechanical failure, weather, disease, pandemics, Acts of God, delays, supplier changes, or other events outside of our control.

If travel plans are canceled or delayed for any reason, MOVE MOROCCO will not issue refunds, unless a cancellation schedule has been provided for a specific trip component. A single trip may consist of multiple components—each with its own refund policy (e.g., flights, hotels, tours, retreat services). MOVE MOROCCO is not responsible for distributing these policies unless explicitly available from the supplier.
No refunds will be given for cancellations due to fear of travel or threat of terrorism, political unrest, pandemic, or similar circumstances.

Travel Insurance is strongly recommended. MOVE MOROCCO provides information about third-party insurance options but is not an insurance provider. Travelers who decline insurance must sign Addendum II – Travel Insurance Refusal Form.

By booking with MOVE MOROCCO, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks, expected or unexpected, including health emergencies, financial loss due to supplier bankruptcy, and any inability to travel due to personal issues. This includes participation in both low-risk and high-risk activities.

ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
MOVE MOROCCO prioritizes positive relationships with clients. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to first seek mediation through the World Travel Dispute Center, under the guidelines of the International Forum for Travel and Tourism (IFTTA).

If mediation fails, binding arbitration shall follow. Judgment rendered may be entered in any court with appropriate jurisdiction. If an IFTTA arbitrator or mediator is unavailable, both parties agree to submit the matter to another mutually acceptable dispute resolution service.

GENERAL LIABILITY & CLIENT CONSENT

-
Substitute hotels or accommodations when necessary
